Withdrawal requests submitted during business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends are queued and processed on the next business day. f08u aims for same-day payouts but does not guarantee specific processing times during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.
f08u does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank may impose interbank transfer charges (typically Rp 5,000–Rp 7,500), which will be deducted from the transferred amount by the bank, not by f08u.
f08u offers various bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.
All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (also known as turnover or rollover) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "20x bonus"). For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered Rp 2,000,000 before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error that affects game outcomes, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
